Position title: Research Affiliate - SSTAR Lab
Qi Zheng is a doctoral student and Equity Fellow in Educational Policy Analysis and Evaluation at University of Wisconsin-Madison, and a Research Affiliate in the SSTAR lab. His research engages in comprehensive evaluations of financial incentive teacher training programs in both the US and China. He is also interested in uncovering K-12 education inequality inside and beyond the school walls leveraging advanced methodologies for causal inference. He holds an M.A. degree in Economics of Education from Peking University and a B.A. degree in Education from Northeast Normal University. Apart from academic life, he loves traveling, photography, and literature, particularly poems. He has a book of poetry published in Chinese.
