Maggie Nowicki serves as the Athletic Aid Manager for the Office of Student Financial Aid (OSFA) at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. She works closely with the Athletic Compliance office on campus to ensure we are compliant with NCAA and Big10 regulations in regards to Financial Aid disbursement to student-athletes. She administers other small external scholarships, ensures accuracy of financial aid offers, and continually strives to keep equity and access at the forefront of her work. She is passionate about creating access and equity for all students within higher education and really enjoys being part of an office that makes educational experiences more affordable. Her previous experiences in higher education include academic advising and working with student civic engagement programs.
She holds a Master’s Degree in College Student Personnel and received her Bachelor’s Degree in International Management and Spanish. In her free time she loves to read, explore new hiking trails with her dog, garden, and travel.
