Amanda Isaksson is a Financial Aid Advisor within the Office of Student Financial Aid serving as a liaison for the School of Nursing, Graduate School, and Transfer Engagement. Amanda received her BS in Sociology from UW-La Crosse and has an expansive background in Early Childhood Education, particularly in the Montessori pedagogy.
As a first-generation college student and former financial aid recipient, Amanda understands the importance, challenges and joys of attending and paying for college. Outside of supporting students and families at UW-Madison, Amanda enjoys spending time outside with her family, eating chocolate, and reading novels.
