MollyJo Bautch

MollyJo Bautch serves as a Promise Program Financial Aid Advisor within the Office of Student Financial Aid. She takes pride in supporting college scholars achieve their dreams and graduate from UW-Madison. She supports scholars in overcoming financial, academic and social barriers through high touch advising. She helped form the recently established Latinx Academic Staff Association (LASA) at UW-Madison, where she serves as a member of the communications, graduation, and recruitment committees. She’s a Milwaukee native, UW-Madison Alumna, with a B.A. in Sociology & certificate in Chican@ and Latin@ Studies and an M.S. in Educational Leadership and Policy Analysis with a focus on Higher Education Administration. When she isn’t busy working, MollyJo enjoys being under the sun, hiking and chillin’ at the Memorial Union Terrace.
