Christopher Barnes is a Ph.D. Candidate in Educational Leadership & Policy Analysis and Project Assistant in the SSTAR Lab. His research primarily focuses on underrepresented collegians of color and the factors influencing their success at Predominantly White Institutions. In addition to his studies, Christopher has served as a higher education practitioner (working directly with graduate, undergraduate, and high school students) for more than seven years. He is also an avid runner and enjoys hiking with his family on the weekends.
