Scholarship Analyst

Scholarship Analyst is responsible for providing information about UW-Madison scholarships and serves as a resource for the online scholarship platform called Wisconsin Scholarship Hub (WiSH) to students, parents/guardians, and academic staff. The Office of Student Financial Aid oversees WiSH in collaboration with scholarship administrators in each college, school, and department. Apply if you are a quick learner, problem-solver, customer-service oriented, and willing to develop knowledgebase and skills. This position will work with the WiSH Support Team within OSFA.

Administrative Assistant – Student Employment

The Student Employment Administrative Assistants are responsible for administrating the Student Jobs Portal (SJP) and the Federal Work Study Program (FWS). This position requires the ability to handle high volume of requests and become a resource to all students, employers, and system users. Assistants must be able to problem solve, manage processes, have strong organizational skills, and be customer service oriented.

Special Awards Analyst

Special Award Analysts will join a fast-paced team within the Office of Student Financial Aid (OSFA) that maintains student financial aid information. Our back-end work is essential to maintaining federal, state, and institutional compliance of financial aid. Basic Needs Support Specialist

The Support Specialists within the Front Desk Team will not only complete the daily responsibilities of a Front Desk Associate but will also have the opportunity to concentrate on a specific program or aspect of financial aid. The Support Specialists will mentor and educate their fellow colleagues on area of expertise, while also serving as a liaison between the Front Desk Team and the professional staff in OSFA!
