Code of Conduct - Relationships with Educational Loan Lenders

UW System institutions and employees are committed to providing assistance in an objective, fair, clear, and understandable manner. UW institutions and employees have responsibilities to students and their families who use their professional services, as well as a continuing obligation to maintain the public’s confidence.

In order to assure students, their families, and the public that UW institutions and employees continue serving the students’ best interests, the UW System Policy on Institutional and Employee Relationships with Educational Loan Lenders has been developed.
